3. Plan Enrollment and Payments
3.1. Enrollment in any of our plans requires providing accurate and current information.
3.2. Payment for services is billed monthly, with the first month free as part of our promotion.
3.3. AAA Protect reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if payment is not made on time.
3.4. You can cancel your plan at any time by contacting our support team, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the month.
4. Services Provided
4.1. AAA Protect offers CDL protection, DOT inspection support, ELD compliance assistance, and fuel discounts as described in the respective plans.
4.2. The services provided are subject to availability and may change based on updates in industry regulations.
4.3. AAA Protect does not guarantee that the use of our services will prevent all violations, penalties, or fines. We provide advice and assistance to help reduce risks and ensure compliance.
5. Use of Services
5.1. You agree to use AAA Protect’s services only for lawful purposes and within the scope of your CDL protection needs.
5.2. Any misuse of our services, including providing false information or using the services for illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of your plan without refund.
5.3. AAA Protect reserves the right to terminate your access to services if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms our business or reputation.
6. Liability
6.1. AAA Protect is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our services.
6.2. We are not responsible for any penalties, fines, or violations incurred while enrolled in our plans. Our role is advisory, and we provide services based on the information you provide.
6.3. AAA Protect’s liability for any claim related to your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the plan in the previous month.
7. Fuel Discounts
7.1. Fuel discounts are offered through third-party partners. While AAA Protect strives to provide access to the highest discounts, we are not responsible for fluctuations in discount amounts.
7.2. Use of fuel discounts is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.
8. ELD Compliance
8.1. Our ELD compliance services provide guidance and support to help you comply with federal regulations regarding electronic logging devices.
8.2. AAA Protect is not liable for any fines or penalties resulting from ELD non-compliance, inaccuracies, or errors in your logs.
9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1. You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests will be processed within 3 business days.
9.2. AAA Protect reserves the right to terminate your plan if you fail to comply with these terms or if we determine that continued service is not feasible. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused services.

11. Dispute Resolution
